Linens must be ordered 3 business days before event.
Customer is responsible for linens ordered unless canceled 3 business days prier to event.
Special Orders
All orders must be placed at least 10 business days in advance. No changes or cancellations can be made after this point.

Damaged / Lost Linens
All linen has a replacement value. If linen is lost or returned torn, burned, or soiled beyond cleaning, the replacement value will be charged in addition to rental charges.
Please do not place linen in plastic bags as they will mildew quickly and cannot be cleaned.
Please be careful with candle wax as it will permanently damage most linen.
Late Returns
A return date is listed on each invoice. A 50% charge will be assessed after each day thereafter that linens are returned past that due date.
